This option defines the amount of time to lapse from the end of one inspection for new or updated documents, to the beginning of the next inspection.

Set 15 minutes for 'Check for updated documents every (minute)' option.

(by default it is 100) This limits the amount of documents that may be passed to processing in a single document inspection pass.

Change 'Max documents processed in a single pass' to 1000.

This option is used to restart the processing if it fails at some point.

Change 'Retry extraction in (minutes)' value.

Thumbnail Extraction Properties dialog opens up. Right click on 'Thumbnail Extractions'.These changes might speed up thumbnail extraction of the documents in your datasources.
